Educational Consultation
Child In Mind offers Educational Consultation to families that are having a difficult time navigating the school system for their child with identified needs.
Educational Consultants are available to assist families after a psycho-educational assessment, helping to translate findings and recommendations into actionable tasks for the classroom and school. With extensive experience as Principals, Learning Support Teachers, and Social Workers, our consultants provide valuable insight into available resources for children with exceptionalities.
For families without a psycho-educational assessment, our Educational Consultants can guide parents on available services and programs, offer training on assistive technology, and suggest appropriate accommodations or class placements to support the child's success.
