Amélie Cardinal, MSW

Amélie Cardinal (she/her) holds a Bachelor in Science specialized in Psychology as well as a Master of Social Work, specializing in Family and Childhood, from the University of Ottawa. She is registered with the College of Ontario Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Amélie is a compassionate and dedicated social worker with experience in supporting adults, children, youth and families in a variety of contexts, including community, hospital, organizational, military and judicial. Some of her areas of focus include neurodivergence, trauma, grief and loss, medically complex children/youth, Indigenous Peoples, and separation/divorce.

Amélie leads with her heart and aims to provide all of her clients (big or small!) with an open, safe and playful space to ensure that all feel welcomed, seen and heard. With a strong background in trauma-informed holistic care, she strives to build meaningful, trust-based relationships, and collaborates with community to promote well-being, resilience, and healing.

Amélie is well-versed in a wide range of therapeutic approaches and offers services in English and French.
