Sarah Mouchet
MA, RP
Sarah Mouchet completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and holds a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice (2007) and a B.A. in Psychology (2009) from Carleton University. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
Sarah is experienced in working with high-risk youth in various community settings and believes in each individual’s capacity to overcome the most challenging of circumstances and experiences. Sarah uses integrative, evidenced-based approaches and strives to create a therapy environment that is client-focussed, empathetic and open.
Areas in which Sarah has supported clients include behavioural difficulties, trauma, school challenges, substance use, depression, anxiety and family conflict. Sarah is also well-versed in the needs, challenges and uniqueness of the military community.
